The Data Analytics Intern within the Solutions Engineering Team will need to leverage a healthy balance of analytical thinking, Salesforce.com reports and dashboard skills and masterful Microsoft Excel skills to create and correlate reports from multiple sources.
Location: Remote, but preferred near Jacksonville, FL; New Orleans, LA; and Cleveland, OH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with team members, management, various internal departments, business partners, and third party organizations to maintain workflows, escalate, and ultimately complete reporting and dashboard requests.
- Analyze data from multiple sources and combine into a single report.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Create and maintain Service Now reports and dashboards
- Convert complex data in Excel format into manageable graphs and charts.
- Assist in the development of long term data monitoring programs to better evaluate performance of the Solutions Engineering organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Will be assigned a Coach and Mentor to guide them through their experience.
- Will participate in completing a project which will be presented to Black Box Management at the conclusion of the Internship.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or related degree.
- Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in leadership and team building skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
- Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve
- Accuracy and attention to detail is required in performing all functions of this position
- Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
SCHEDULE/LOCATION:
- Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with flexibility depending on incumbent’s schedule.
- The internship program will begin on May 16th and end on August 5th. You must be able to start on May 16th to be considered for the opportunity.
