We’re looking for a Supply Planning Intern to join our Supply Planning team in Rosemont, IL.

As a Supply Planning Intern you’ll be responsible for supporting the Supply Planning Manager with project management, tool-building and process documentation; all with the aim of helping the team drive increased performance and efficiency.

What you’ll do

  • Create tools and capabilities that aid in quantifying and reporting supply chain performance related to inventory accuracy, vendor quality issues and production issues
  • Improving local, region-specific process documentation (focusing on NPI)
  • Create tools that help planners with weekly production requirements toward factories
  • Support the supply planning team during vacations as needed

Your qualifications

  • Actively enrolled in a Master's degree program
  • At least 1 year of post-undergraduate work experience (2 or more years preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Self-starter able to pro-actively seek needed information from intercompany contacts in order to drive continuous progress on projects, especially while working remotely
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
  • This internship/co-op could lead to an at-will full time role
