Cue Health Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Talent Development Intern.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with members of the People & Culture team, to include HR Business partners, benefits, compensation, onboarding, HR Information Systems, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams to gain a better understanding of day-to-day roles and responsibilities
- Research external best practices of competency-based models and share findings with the TMOD team
- Create a visual presentation with recommendations
- Present final project to the People & Culture leadership team
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a major in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or similar field
- Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and critical thinking skills
- Project management experience is a plus
Environment and Physical Activities/Requirements:
- You will work in an indoor remote environment for which no adverse conditions are expected. This position requires the following physical activities and/or requirements:
- Remaining in a stationary or sedentary position, often standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Repeating motions, such as keyboarding, that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Communicating with others to exchange information
- Adjusting, moving, carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 20 pounds
