The Internship Details:

  • This position is located in New York City or Minneapolis Minnesota
    • (potential for hybrid/remote TBD based on Covid19 protocols)
  • Hours are 8am-5pm (CST) / 9am-6pm (EST), Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (1hr unpaid lunch daily)
  • This is a paid internship ($17 per hour)

The Team / The Intern Experience:

As part of the People team, you will be a key contributor in supporting the HR Business Partners with administrative support, data entry, employee engagement and more! You should have a passion for human resources with a desire to grow and develop to take more responsibility within People Operations in the future.

Your intern responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Administrative and data entry support across all People team functions - including onboarding, off-boarding, talent development, talent acquisition, total rewards and employee records management.
  • Coordination and support of learning & development, employee experience, and/or survey design and analysis
  • Assist with executing cross-team and team focused initiatives to foster better performance and employee engagement
  • Other tasks as needed

What You Bring to The Team:

  • In Fall 2022 you will be a current Junior or Senior in your Bachelor's program
  • Solid communication skills; written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills
  • Detail-oriented ensuring every document, project, or experience is on-point
  • Organizer of all things with a track record of project planning
  • Must be able to appropriately and effectively handle and communicate sensitive information
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of confidentiality
  • Experience with Google Suites and basic understanding of Excel
