At Coupa, our internship programs are designed to help students prepare for the early stages of their career by bringing their aspirations to life. You bring your talent, potential and excitement for the journey ahead, and we’ll provide the experience. Throughout the summer, you will work as a critical team member on a specific body of work, or a specific project. Most importantly, your deliverables will have a tangible impact on Coupa. As an intern, you will gain valuable work experience while developing your skills and establishing the track record to set you up for a full-time position after graduation, either with Coupa or elsewhere. We are offering positions in a variety of different departments: Engineering, Sales, HR, Marketing, Technical Support, Finance, Professional Services, and more. We are seeking strong candidates for a 10-12 week Summer internship program with the following qualifications and responsibilities.
Location: This internship position will be remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Services team by enhancing our pricing tools for global usage.
- Develop ways for content to be dynamically updated across the Value Services Org
- Perform process optimization exercises for pricing tool workflow
- Revise and add to existing Coupa Intranet content
- Validate and ensure data is up to date
- Provide weekly progress update against plans
- Perform data comparison and sanitization exercises
Requirements:
- Candidates will be rising juniors or seniors in the following fields of study: Engineering or Computer Science, Business, Economics, Communication, or Digital Media
- Must have strong excel skills (Macros, formulas, etc)
- Work well cross-functionally and effectively communicate in verbal and written format
- Actively listen and reflect understanding and clarifications
- A curious and proactive approach to problem solving
- Learn quickly about new tools and concepts
- Follow-up on assignments or requests
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Atlassian (JIra/Confluence) products, and Slack is a plus
