Overview:
**It is anticipated that the internship program this year will be primarily Remote/Work from Home. However, we hope to be able to have some opportunities for in-office and in-person activities as well. As such, candidates must be within commuting distance of ServiceLink's corporate headquarters in Moon Twp., PA and be willing/able to come in to the office as needed for program activities.

This experience will allow the intern to develop the skills necessary for job placement and advancement in the mortgage and financial services industries. The intern will create mental models, enterprise user journey maps, and work with our UX Designers to ideate and define, test and design new experience for desktop and mobile applications. In this role, you will…
Work with product and business teams across the organization to create better user experiences and interfaces- Participate in usability testing, user experience audits, task analysis, and affinity diagramming
- Assist in creating enterprise user journey maps
- Work with UX Designers to ideate and define, test and design new experiences for mobile and desktop applications
- Learn about one of our dynamic business units
- Gain practical experience while applying knowledge gained in school to real-life business projects

Responsibilities:
- Work with product and business teams across organization to create better user experiences
- Focus on motion, interaction or visual design and work with UX Designers to ideate and define, test, and design new experiences for mobile and desktop applications
- Participation in intern capstone project
- Weekly meetings and projects to ensure completion of capstone project
- Attendance of lunch and learns, leadership meet and greets, team building events, and other events of Internship Program
- Undergraduate Junior or Senior, or Graduate Student; UX/HCI/Product Design majors preferred.
- Must possess problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with a team
- Self-starter
