Location: Waltham, MA/Remote

We are currently seeking rising undergraduate juniors or seniors, master or PhD-level students working towards obtaining a degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or any related field for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2022.

Objectives/Goals of this Position:

Develop cell lines and BA techniques for building in vitro understanding of the disposition and fate of ADC.

Primary Duties:

• Establish cell lines such as BT-474, NCI-N877 and/or SK-BR-3, for studies with antibody-drug conjugates (ADC).
• Establish bioanalytical tools to measure levels of warhead and antibody from in vitro cellular assays.
• Contribute to modeling efforts to derive kinetics for internalization, degradation and efflux rate for tool ADC molecules.
