Job Description
Grace is excited to announce our 2022 Summer Internship Program. Your internship project could be focused on one or more of the following disciplines: Finance/Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, and Supply Chain. These intern projects address Grace's day to day business needs and the work you accomplish will be an integral part for creating solutions and/or streamlining process’.
Examples of past Business Internship projects:
  • Talent Management Review Refresh - Understand the existing succession and talent planning process and tools, research best practices, survey stakeholders to identify gaps, propose alternatives, and design changes.
  • Turnkey Communications Web Analytics Dashboards - Collection of digital personas and segments across our digital propertie, research and add recommendation of internal vs third party platforms to consolidate disparate data sources, build turnkey dashboards.
  • Develop Financial Stories in the SAP Analytics Cloud - Design, build and test reports, dashboards and financial stories utilizing the SAP Analytics Cloud database. The stories will streamline the data gathering and analysis for multiple areas of Finance: Tax, Treasury and FP&A.

  • Duration - 12 weeks (May 23 - August 12)
  • Potential locations include: Columbia, Curtis Bay, MD; Aiken, SC; Chattanooga, TN; Chicago, IL; East Chicago, IN; Albany, OR; Pasadena, TX; Hesperia, CA; Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, Norco, LA; South Haven, MI; Tyrone, PA.
  • Paid Hourly
  • Housing and Transportation will not be provided
  • Remote, hybrid, and on-site projects

Required Skills
Applicants must:
  • be entering their junior, senior year or currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Communications, Information Technology, or Supply Chain.
  • have a minimum of a cumulative 3.0 grade point average.
  • be able to work the entire duration of the program without any interruptions, except for company holidays (May 23- August 12)
