Position title:
Jr Client Partner (CP) Manufacturing NA. (Internal / External)
Report to: CEP / Sub BU leader NA
The Jr CP Manufacturing NA is responsible for managing the P&L, Client Relationship for client account Missions The CP Manufacturing NA manages the Manufacturing Industry Client Relationship and owns all Account Management Activity for the account(s) assigned. He/She is responsible for growth of account revenues, Profit Margins, and Pipeline development.
Main responsibilities
Commercial development – Planning & Selling
Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the account(s), positioning Atos as a thought leader and key innovative business partner.
Responsible for crafting and executing the account strategy in collaboration with Sub Industry Leader, Head of Manufacturing sales, Client Delivery Partners and Service Line Leaders
Manage end-to-end sales activities from pipeline to offer sign-off for farming of accounts, pulling through entire Atos portfolio and capabilities.
Leverage Manufacturing-specific knowledge and expertise to sell end-to-end digital transformation projects.
Drive organic growth of account(s) through proactive demand creation initiatives
Owns alliance relationship for the account(s) and drive joint go to market initiatives for the account
People management
Collaborates with delivery leaders and service line partners to proactively plan for skills enhancement and acquisition
Owns the team building initiatives for the assigned account(s). Business KPIs
Sales & Client Relationship
Order entry, Revenue, Operating margin, Cash
Qualified pipeline
NPS, CSAT
Win rate, Lead conversion rate.

Required Qualifications
- BS degree in engineering. MS candidates, Industry experience (including internship ) preferred
- Excellent presentation and written communications skills.
- Expertise in at least one programing language preferably on cloud technology. Knowledge on digital trends including AI / ML, Smart Manufacturing and awareness of platform solutions like Salesforce
- Good learner
- Should be open to relocate at the client location if job demands
- Travel with in the assigned accounts once travel restrictions are lifted
- GPA of 3.0 and above
