CSC is seeking a self-motivated, inquisitive, and adventurous college student (rising Junior or Senior) to join the Service Management team and learn about business service management for the rapidly maturing Enterprise Technology department at CSC. If you are heading toward a career in IT process management or business analysis, our intern program may be just what you need to see a broad and inside view of a vibrant tech company. Some of the things you’ll learn from us:
- Learn how to drive analysis and documentation-related efforts that help grow and mature our business.
- Partner with and learn from Business Analysts, Developers, IT Managers, and Process Owners on active initiatives.
- Get hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM, a market-leading tool for IT Service and Business Management.
- Learn how to coordinate and manage the successful delivery of process improvements.
- Learn how to gear results toward the needs of your customer and deliver exceptional results.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Rising Junior or Senior (or above)
- A passion for analysis and documentation.
- A value for customers and providing the best quality of service.
