Your Mission:
In this role, you will be part of the International Development team and will conduct pre-work market analysis and prepare entry plans for new market entry. You will conduct market research and support other key development initiatives. You will assist the overall team in identifying areas that require special attention and solutions. This internship will work closely with a mentor, team and/or management to provide support with various department tasks and projects. Little Caesars is looking for a strong, self-motivated individual to work with your fellow colleagues.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
You’ll be a part of our 12 week summer internship program and gain valuable experience in understanding our international business strategies. You’ll collaborate and learn from industry professionals on a variety of international development initiatives, ending your internship with a presentation to senior leadership on your internship experience including key projects, initiatives and findings.
Who You Are:
Junior Level class or above and actively enrolled in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum overall GPA 3.0
Good organizational and analytical/reasoning skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate PC skills (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
Ability to function in a team environment, supporting team members when needed
Ability to work independently completing projects within determined timelines
Evidence of ability to build and maintain relationships and excel in an interactive team environment. Where You’ll Work:
This internship will offer a combination of remote and in-office experience in our state-of-the-art building with a modern-day, open environment in the heart of The District Detroit.
A colleague fitness center, work café and an outdoor patio with grills.
Over 60 different meeting spaces to help promote a collaborative environment.
