How You’ll Help Us Connect the World
As a (Customer Success Manager) Intern, you will be responsible for assisting customers and internal sales teams as they transition from sales prospects to active users of CommScope’s in-building cellular solutions. You will work closely with wireless service provider sales and business development teams to focus on brand penetration and customer loyalty. This role will be base virtual.
You Will Make an Impact By
- Create and deliver presentations designed to promote the CommScope brand and product value
- Assist in ensuring customers achieve their intended targets after purchasing and deploying products from CommScope’s in-building cellular portfolio
- Drive proactive, first-rate customer engagement to increase CommScope brand selection
- Help maintain CRM funnel management to track sales activities including historical revenues, sales projections, and win rates across solutions
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Junior or Senior standing in a BS, BA or master’s degree in (Business with Technical Background) from an accredited university
- Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

- Are a self-starter capable of being productive while working remote

- Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team
