What does a Talent Acquisition Manager do?
Intouch Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to help support the recruiting efforts across all US regions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is positioned to provide leadership and insight within the Talent team. This person will shape best practices across all areas of Talent Acquisition as well as be responsible for full-cycle recruiting. The person in the role is responsible for aligning with hiring leads to anticipate needs within the agency. They will take ownership of certain TA initiatives and are expected to mentor and guide junior-level members of the team. Additionally, they will help identify and execute sourcing strategies (including leveraging social media as a primary recruiting channel) to build exposure of Intouch to the marketplace. They must also have a proven ability to handle high-volume recruiting for multiple agency roles including Creative, Project Management, Planning, UX, Media, Finance, Relationship Marketing and Account Management — with a defined and resourceful approach to how you engage, assess and place well-matched talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 6-10 openings across varying agency departments
- Partner with hiring managers to continuously understand how the business is evolving; this includes conducting kick off meetings and fostering ongoing communication throughout the recruiting process
- Educate junior team members on full-cycle recruiting process, workflow, and best practices
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts for internship program
- Identify areas of improvement and provide leadership on ongoing Talent team initiatives and best practices
- Lead and mentor junior-level members of Talent team and provide guidance on career development
- Align with HR Business Partners, Inclusion & Diversity leads, Learning & Development team to fully integrate all functions of HR
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required
- 7-10 years’ recruiting experience within a digital marketing/advertising agency setting
- Ability to develop key relationships with hiring managers to expedite all hiring needs and fill vacancies in a timely, cost-efficient manner
- Passion for recruiting and an interest in working within the pharmaceutical advertising category
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is preferred
