What do you get to do in this position?
The purpose of this position to accelerate growth of the Schneider Electric maintenance agreement business and begin a career within our Services Sales organization. Career development is at the heart of this program and participants will have many opportunities for networking and coaching via direct leadership.
This position is based in the Schneider Electric Nashville Hub in Franklin, TN and consists of a 8-9 week holistic onboarding experience including sales and technical training to prepare you for your sales career as a part of Secure Power Services Inside Sales. Schneider Electric considers services a key growth area for our overall business while driving us into the future with digital services including remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance to reduce costs while rapidly changing the way we sell products.
You will be focused on:
- Identifying, upselling and positioning recurring services
- Recommending and quoting services, positioning Schneider Electric into preferred position in market and customer activity, and providing technical knowledge regarding services
Qualifications
This job might be for you if:
• Bachelor's Degree, Preferably in Sales or Business majors
- Commitment to learn about Services, Energy Management
- Strong communication, facilitation, time management, organizational and relationship building skills needed
- Internship experience preferred
