This experience will allow the intern to develop the skills necessary for job placement and advancement in the mortgage and financial services industries. The intern will analyze a variety of operational data and learn the daily processes of an operations group.The intern will be provided with a foundation of technical and leadership skills and cross-functional opportunities, which will reinforce and expand classroom learning while preparing them for postgraduate employment. **It is anticipated that the internship program this year will be primarily Remote/Work from Home. However, we hope to be able to have some opportunities for in-office and in-person activities as well. As such, candidates must be within commuting distance of ServiceLink's corporate headquarters in Moon Twp., PA and be willing/able to come in to the office as needed for program activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze operational data
  • Perform cost analysis
  • Review productivity metrics
  • Assess business documentation and create templates
  • Gain knowledge of processes and procedures and identify areas of improvement
  • Weekly meetings and projects to ensure completion of capstone project
  • Attendance of lunch and learns, leadership meet and greets, team building events, and other events of Internship Program
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Junior, Senior or Graduate Student; Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations, or other Business related majors preferred
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must possess problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with a team
