As our Associate Director-Talent Acquisition, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Own the full recruitment life cycle (identifying, attracting, assessing, hiring and initiating the on-boarding process)
  • Attract diverse top talent through employer branding, social networking, employee referrals, campus recruiting, with a refined and professional, yet personal approach
  • Lead all recruitment across the network, spanning junior to senior roles, while managing internal communications and expectations with C-Suite through junior managers, as well as externally with candidates
  • Design, create, and maintain Talent Acquisition (TA) processes and systems enterprise wide including:
    • Applicant tracking system or other process
    • Organization of position descriptions, as well as step up position clarity
    • Interviewing best practices
    • Internship programs
    • Vendor management and selection
  • Champion new ideas and initiatives and create an environment that supports innovation; use fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new paradigms to create more effective ways to hire and retain top talent
  • Instill fun and energy into the culture through your infectious approach to people

These are the qualifications we're looking for

  • 8+ years' experience in a recruiting role at an enterprise level with at least 3 years experience in an creative and/or advertising agency setting. Experience in recruiting for creative, media, strategy, analytics and leadership positions
  • Experience developing creative strategic/sourcing techniques to fill difficult positions, uncover passive candidates, and success managing recruiting projects within specified time frame
  • Further leadership in facilitating best practices for tapping the networks of our employees is a surprise and delight
  • Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, recruiting systems, legal compliance and overall knowledge of HR disciplines
  • A willingness to be tactical as well as strategic, and to demonstrate initiative and results-orientation with a constant focus on delivery
  • Customer service and attentiveness to our hiring managers and candidates is a characteristic that behooves collaboration and symmetry
  • Strong communication and project management skills necessary to keep many projects running concurrently
  • Excellent facilitation and influencing skills required, including ability to effectively build internal and external business relationships. Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and onboarding solutions, and ability to fine tune them to meet business needs
