Finance, Intern (Remote or Hybrid Work)
Position Title: Finance Intern
About The Job:

As an intern on the Financial Planning and Analysis team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference by working to align long-term financial goals to near-term financial plans and participate in creating process to hold ourselves and the organization accountable to achieving them.
Your work may focus on:
- Financial analysis, modeling support, analysis of capital expenditures or cost center expenses.
- Income and balance sheet statements, profit and loss statement, consolidated statements.
- Support work to align 10-year model to corporate goals and competitive business strategies
- Support develop 3-year business plan that is actionable, achievable and acceptable
- These are full-time (40 hours/week), paid positions that are 11-12 weeks in length. We offer educational and social events throughout the summer.

Under the direction of a more experienced finance manager, you will prepare plans for your own work, participate in project reviews, implement advances in analytics, and identify opportunities for productivity and quality improvement.

MUST HAVE:
To be considered for a summer 2022 Finance Internship, you must meet the following basic qualifications. How you meet these criteria must be clearly indicated on your resume to be considered for the position.
- Undergraduate student with sophomore or junior level standing
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or data analytics/modeling
- Minimum 3.25 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa in the future
- Able to work 40 hours a week for 10-12 weeks, as part of our intern cohort
Physical Requirements (specific to the role)
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40+ hours per week (including sitting, standing and working on a computer for extended periods of time).
- Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as: telephone, computer, web, voice, teleconferencing, e-mail, etc.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Depending on assigned department, physical requirements may vary in severity.
