PEAK6 InsurTech insurance experience will introduce you to the various divisions across InsurTech, and help you develop key skills that you'll leverage ongoing in your career. You will experience a fast paced, developmental environment where you will dig into the inner workings of the business. You can expect the InsurTech Internship to include:

• A highly collaborative environment where everyone is focused on outcomes that build momentum for InsurTech to reach its goals

• Working on an impactful project from concept to delivery, and presenting your work to senior leadership and stakeholders of the organization
• Rotating with leaders within our InsurTech business teams: analytics, tech, sales, and marketing (1 week rotation per area + 2 week intensive project)
• Exposure to other PEAK6 business lines and ventures to enhance career perspective
• Defined experience timeline and structured program, from start to finish to ensure a maximum experience
• Company sponsored events including social and team-building

You will gain loads of experience in our Internship, but before you do you should have:

• Sophomore or Junior standing (graduating between December 2022 – June 2024)
• Pursuing BA in Risk Management and Insurance preferred
• Curiosity to learn and driven to improve
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments
• Exceptional problem-solving skills

Some internship details that you will need to know:

• Date of program: June 13th - July 29th, 2022
• Compensation: $18/hour (40 hours/week)
• Location: Remote (laptop provided by Peak6)
