Job Description


Learning and Development at McDonald’s is a dynamic team working across the US and our international markets. The team is responsible for designing and deploying curriculum from onboarding new employees starting their first jobs all the way through to executive level leadership development. We partner with multiple stakeholders including DEI, Talent, Corporate functions and diverse markets to deliver engaging and world class learning solutions We are looking for the best rising seniors to join us this summer who will bring an interest in learning and their hard work to McDonald’s!


Qualifications


Why We’ll Hire You

You are a strong candidate if you:

  • Are a Junior working towards your Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023
  • Are pursuing a preferred major including: Learning and Development, Human Resources, Communications, or other human resources related degrees
  • Can work Monday-Friday all 10 weeks of the internship June 6 - August 12
  • Adapt strong communication skills based on your audience
  • Prove the quantitative ability to calculate, interpret, and take action upon data
  • Exhibit organizational involvement or experience related to learning and development, human resources, people management, diversity & inclusion, or leadership
  • Are committed to a culture of inclusiveness
  • Want to impact the modern era of McDonald’s
  • Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date
