Business Operations Specialist Intern

Location: Charlotte, NC USA / Remote East Coast

Intapp is a global leading supplier of enterprise software solutions for the legal, professional services and financial services industries . We are looking to bring on a n Intern to work within our energetic Business Operations team to continually design, implement, and improve on business processes .

What you’ll do:

• Partner to i dentify and execute on key initiatives and to improve operational efficienc ies such as resource allocation, cross-functional communication, reduction in redundant work, and reduction in errors

• Provide recommendation for high areas of risk to focus improvement efforts

• Document business processes , develop standard work , and support presentation building as needed

• Create communication and support roll-out plans for process changes

• Partner on interviews to support process change recommendations

• Collect and analy z e data to measure the current and future state of the business as we grow

• Obtain organized feedback and support lessons learned meetings or surveys for p rojects as needed

• Assist with project administration as needed

What you’ll need:

• Be a Junior or Senior pursuing your Bachelor degree

• An e mpathetic personality and an e nthusiastic, go-getter attitude

• Technical background and problem-solving mindset

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities

• Good d ocumentation skills

• Experience and enjoyment with Microsoft Excel, data manipulation and analysis

• Process mindset and basic process mapping skills

• Organization, effective time management and prioritization, and ability to multi-task

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• A passion and ability to work as part of a team

• Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership over your work

• Thirst for knowledge and natural curiosity and love of learning new technology , new processes and procedures, and new business models
