Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. is offering internships for college students majoring in Information Technology. Successful candidates will have completed their sophomore or junior year or higher. We offer a supportive, collaborative teaching environment to develop our Interns’ skills and identify their career goals. Minimum Requirements:

• Must have completed sophomore or junior year of college
• Must be majoring in Life Science or Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or Information Technology/Computer Science disciplines
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Office 365 platforms

Specific Project Duties:

These IT Support positions will provide exposure to networks, operating systems, IT infrastructure and client service environments.

Some of the daily activities will include:

a.) Supporting the implementation of Microsoft Office 365,

b.) Revision of current onboarding IT processes to incorporate onsite, hybrid and remote work force,

c.) Performing OS and application software upgrades,

d.) Revision of Network documentation and drawings with current configuration,

e.) Creating Templates and Forms for standardized configuration and testing of IT infrastructure,

f.) Managing and reconciliation of IT asset inventory utilized in manufacturing environments,

g.) Implementing improvements in manufacturing suite changeover processes as they relate to IT equipment configuration,

h.) Validation of application software,

i.) Creating Validation Report Summaries for IT Applications

FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 – 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 – 774, as may be amended.
