Responsibilities :
A Day in the Life…

Hulu Marketing is seeking an Intern who will be an outstanding addition to our Lifecycle Marketing team. As a Lifecycle Intern, you will work with a wide-range of teams, from data analytics to creative, to execute marketing programs to engage and retain Hulu subscribers.

The right person for this role is excited about testing & learning, is passionate about the evolving streaming landscape, and is knowledgeable about viewer trends. You will…
  • Partner closely with a cross-functional team of marketers, creatives, analysts, and researchers
  • Identify opportunities for program optimizations by analyzing performance data and insights
  • Develop and test hypotheses with the goal of creating customer journeys to drive engagement
  • Work with Engagement & Retention teams to create consistency in messaging across campaigns and programs
  • Create campaign recaps, reporting and presentations

Basic Qualifications :

  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Passion for building innovative marketing programs at scale
  • Proficient in Google Docs
  • An effective communicator who is detailed, meticulous, and organized
  • Ability to embrace the serious fun marketing for one of the most dynamic and growing brands in entertainment and technology

Preferred Qualifications:
  • +2 years marketing experience

Required Education :
  • Currently enrolled as a junior or higher or must have graduated within the past 6 months from an accredited college/university, earning a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related

Additional Information :
  • At the time of application, must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney Professional Internship
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program, concurrent to this internship
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Work Environment
  • This internship will be located in Santa Monica, CA and interns must be able to provide their own housing and reliable transportation to and from work
    • This will be a hybrid working situation with some days in the office and some days working remotely each week
      • The internship requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated work space for working remotely
    • Santa Monica hybrid work schedule preferred, although fully remote candidates will be considered
  • The approximate dates of this internship are May/June 2022 through August 2022
  • Candidate must be available to work full time hours for the duration of the internship
