The Viewer Experience Organization is a highly specialized team taking on the most challenging viewer issues. The Tier 3 team is the highest level of support for Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, supporting viewer contacts via phone and chat. We partner with multiple cross team organizations including the Network Operation Center, Broadcast Operation Center, Content Partner Managers, Legal and IT. The Tier 3 Team is seeking an Intern who will be an outstanding addition to our team.

A Day in the Life…

You will be able to exercise your technical acumen and grow your skills in workflow development and project management.
You will function as an extension of the Workflow Analyst Lead with responsibilities including:
- Revising and editing critical workflow components
- Creating visuals for workflow documentation, PowerPoint presentations and Reporting using programs such as Canva, Lucidchart, Confluence and Tableau
- Perform recurring reviews of all created artifacts to refine, enhance and ensure quality and consistency of Brand, Voice and Information Architecture
- Derive insights from reporting data and fashion into consumable presentations up to the executive level
- From an objective perspective, identify improvement opportunities and feel empowered to recommend process enhancements
- Contribute to critical functions such as smooth execution of maintenance windows during which time critical systems are offline
- In partnership with Lead, review change requests to ensure they meet the established completion criteria and processes

In partnership with Lead, review project tracker (Airtable) to ensure documentation of tasks, timeliness of updates, and correct classification of records
Basic Qualifications :
What we’re looking for…
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database software (such as Salesforce) or similar database experience
- Experience with digital content knowledge base software platforms, or wiki (such as Confluence)
- Comfortable working with Microsoft suite applications, or similar
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail, specifically detailed writing/reading skills
- An effective communicator and cross- functional team collaborator who is detailed, meticulous, and organized
- Comfortable with picking up on technical things quickly, and enjoy learning new skills
- Confident collaborating with product-focused teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL/Tableau knowledge
- Experience with Google Suite
- Familiarity with creating and running reports from a database
- Webdev skills would be ideal
- Experience working with visualizations
Required Education :
- Currently enrolled as a junior or higher or must have graduated within the past 6 months from an accredited college/university, earning a Business Operations, Project Management, Organizational Design (with technical background), Data Management, Information Architecture degree, or related
Preferred Education :
- Currently enrolled as a junior or higher or must have graduated within the past 6 months from an accredited college/university, earning an Information Architecture degree or similar
Additional Information :
- At the time of application, must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney Professional Internship
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program, concurrent to this internship
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization

This internship is a remote internship. The internship requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated work space.
- San Antonio, TX hybrid work experience (some days in the office and some days working remotely each week) will be considered if intern is open to this and interviewees can indicate their preference of work location in the interview
- The approximate dates of this internship are May/June 2022 through August 2022
- Candidate must be available to work full time hours for the duration of the internship
