Hulu is a premium streaming service that offers premium originals, current season TV, a massive library of hit series and movies, and live television. Our combined Hulu, Disney and ESPN+ team is looking for hardworking team-players to join the Disney Streaming Viewer Experience (VX) team, who will thrive upon the legacy of Disney, Hulu and ESPN+, embrace unconventional thinking, and who are passionate about contributing to The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience through strategic hard work and determination.
Responsibilities :
A Day in the Life…
The VX Strategic Operations team manages programs and projects across multiple supporting teams, including Viewer Experience Operations, Partner Support, Program Management, Business Applications, Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ Product and Tech Teams and other key partners. The products supported include ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, NICE CXone telephony system, and proprietary subscription management and billing products.
Disney Streaming’s Viewer Experience (VX) team is seeking an intern in the role of Intake Coordinator, Assisted Support Programs with VX Strategic Operations. As part of this internship, you will coordinate the intake process for new projects and programs for workflow and tool enhancements needed to continuously improve the experience for our viewers and our support staff. You will work with various stakeholders to ensure pertinent information is gathered and vetted, while aligning incoming requests with the appropriate resources. Stakeholders will include Viewer Experience Operations, Partner Support, Program Management, Business Applications, Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ Product and Tech Teams and other key partners.
The intake for projects and programs you will coordinate will include multiple internal products and related workflows, including ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, NICE CXone telephony system, and proprietary subscription management and billing products.

You will…
- Coordinate new workflow and tool enhancement requests received through the Strategic Operations intake form and email alias
- Ensure all required and pertinent information is included on the intake request
- Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information or to clarify requests as required for intake
- Manage the backlog of requests ensuring proper resources are identified and coordinated
- Set stakeholder meetings as needed to gain information
Basic Qualifications :
What we’re looking for…
- Experience with Google suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Airtable
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail
- An effective communicator and cross- functional team collaborator who is detailed, meticulous, and organized
- Ability to analyze information and make appropriate connections with resources
Preferred Qualifications:
- Call Center experience
- Project Management background
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Knowledge of NICE CXone telephony system
- Experience dealing with innovative tools, being tech savvy
Required Education :
- Currently enrolled as a junior or higher or must have graduated within the past 6 months from an accredited college/university, earning a Business Operations, Project Management, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance degree, or related
Additional Information :
- At the time of application, must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney Professional Internship
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program, concurrent to this internship
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization

This internship will be located in San Antonio, TX and interns must be able to provide their own housing and reliable transportation to and from work

This will be a hybrid working situation with some days in the office and some days working remotely each week
- The internship requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated work space for working remotely
- San Antonio, TX hybrid work schedule preferred, although fully remote candidates will be considered
