Join us for an opportunity to be a part of Disney Television Animation (DTVA). DTVA is an industry leader in the creation of animated television content for preschoolers, kids, and tweens. The studio brings programming and production expertise together under the Disney Branded Television leadership.

A Day in the Life…
The DTVA DEI team seeks a self-motivated candidate who is curious, passionate about animation, embraces innovation, has a strong desire to learn, grow, and help drive diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities around market, culture, and people. Here’s some of what you can expect:
- Extensive reading and script coverage
- Shadowing executives at all relevant meetings
- Assist in building content decks and acquiring assets for presentations
- Provide administrative support for our DEI sponsored networking and social mixers
- Suggest and present new DEI strategies, initiatives, and ideas
- Identify diverse creative talent through research and review of social media, tv and film, and other relevant content
- Attend virtual meet and greets with other overhead employees to learn about their role and responsibilities
Basic Qualifications :
What we are looking for…
- Knowledge of the DTVA, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, and Disney + brand
- Strong writing and verbal skills
- Analytical reading comprehension and critical thinking
- A great attitude, warm personality, and a “can-do” and collaborative spirit
- Passion and a willingness to try new things
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organized and quick to adapt
- Ability to work remotely with access to reliable internet from anywhere in the United States
Required Education :
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at time of application, or be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program
Additional Information :
- At least 18 years of age
- Unrestricted work authorization
- This internship is a remote internship. The internship requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated work space.
- The approximate dates of this internship are June through January
- Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship with flexibility if needed.
