Job Summary

Reporting to the manager of the EHS department, this position will require candidates to work alongside the EHS professionals, engineering associates, technical manufacturing associates, and production operators to evaluate, problem solve, or develop continuous improvement options to assist Broken Bow maintain a high level of EHS performance.

Specific duties shall include:

  • Based off specific PVP and/or ISO14001 targeted production processes, perform evaluations, investigations, and associate interactions.

  • Review and interpret, primarily, OSHA and EPA regulations as they relate to these site production processes.

  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to identify the root causes of these process defects, or improvement barriers and develop corrective actions to minimize or eliminate these defects and barriers.

  • Present a final project summary presentation prior to the end of the internship.

Internship Qualifications:

  • Rising sophomore, rising junior, or rising senior (graduation dates of December 2022, June 2023, December 2023, or June 2024) pursuing a bachelor's degree.

  • Major in Business Analytics, Business Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Marketing, or related major.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).

  • Access to good Wi-Fi during the length of this remote internship.
