Reporting to the Sr. Manager MGB Digital, working under direct supervision, the Mass General Brigham Digital (MGBD) Intern will engage with Digital leaders at hospitals and other service locations to learn more about their customers’ service needs and current service programs. Working with the gathered data, the MGBD Summer Intern will then engage with selected users to understand the demands of their work, how and when their IT service needs emerge, and their ideal service experience.
