An Important Note about Wayfair's Return to Office (RTO):
All Boston based corporate employees will be returning to the office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office at least 3 days per week and have the option to work remotely 2 days per week, and this will apply to July co-ops as well. We have not yet set a specific date that we will begin our hybrid approach. We are continuing to monitor the evolving COVID-19 pandemic in partnership with state and local governments. We will continue to share regular updates on our return to office plans as they solidify.
