Our Internship Program:

Take-Two's Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to gain substantive, first-hand business insight over the course of a three-month paid internship. Interns will gain hands-on exposure in the area(s) of their desired interests as well as participate in team-based summer-long projects. Our internships are created with the intent that students walk away with meaningful learning experiences that enhance both their personal and professional development goals. T2's Internship Program also serves as a gateway to building a talent pool of rising stars for permanent roles.

The Challenge:

Take-Two Interactive is seeking an outstanding Junior Systems Administrator Intern to provide first line on-site and remote technical support for our New York and US offices.

What You'll Take On:

This is a hands-on role where you will learn a deep level of technical insight and ability, and will work closely with a variety of technology teams allowing for fluid bi-directional teamwork and encouraging the development of new insights and solutions. This involves providing high-quality IT support to employees, maintaining and configuring the local site hardware, and being involved in the entire stack of IT related initiatives and the unique business needs of Take-Two Interactive!

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Global Support team, responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our employees including C-Level, Corporate, Creative, and Remote staff.

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring individual that is looking to kick start their career in a leading developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment products around the globe.   • Providing 1st line support to end users in person and remotely for IT related hardware, software, and access issues.
  • Ensure applications and collaboration tools are operating properly, efficiently, and securely according to policies.
  • Identifying the cause of hardware and software failures and provide corrective action to rectify the problem.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install and manage desktop, laptop and mobile computing devices.
  • Create and maintain employee mailboxes and accounts including access permissions.
  • Provide support to other business units in the company as guided by IT management
  • Ensure IT Issues are being resolved in a timely manner according to the policies in place.
  • Solid team member and proactive communicator with service-oriented demeanor and desire to deliver high quality assistance to employees.
  • A commitment to collaborative problem solving and customer service quality is crucial.

What You Bring:

  • Experience with Mac and Windows Operating Systems and Hardware
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications.
  • Experience with Game Consoles and PC Gaming.
  • Superb interpersonal skills` with the ability to cultivate positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with end users to successfully resolve queries and problems.
  • Demonstrable experience with translating technical jargon into plain English.
  • Ability to work independently, using own initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A real passion for video games and the industry!
