Summary
The Talent Management Intern will work alongside the Talent Management professionals on a variety of talent related projects such as supporting Carhartt’s internship program, multi-rater feedback program, Internal Talent Mobility, engagement, and Learning programs.

Responsibilities
Support a variety of talent management programs to deliver results on talent initiatives.
Develop reference materials and resources in support of talent management programs.
Partner with various members of the talent management team to identify process improvement opportunities.
Engage in data analysis of talent management programs.
Assist with execution of talent development programs.
Research and identify new best practices in talent management.
Create and manage project plans, communication, and execution of identified projects.
Perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned
Own and develop an end of semester intern presentation.
Working a 40-hour work week, Monday – Friday.
Education
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Currently Enrolled Student
Required Skills and Experience
Junior, Senior or Graduate student
GPA minimum 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
Takes initiative and is intellectually curious
Proven project management skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strict attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Ability to balance creative/strategic thinking and project execution
Microsoft Office proficiency required
Working Conditions
Office Environment
Moderate Lifting (15-30 lbs)
Willing to work some weekends if necessary
Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
