AI Chat Bot Intern
Job Description
Calling all rising junior and senior undergraduate students! We are currently seeking a superstar AI Chat Bot Intern to join the Global Technology team for Summer 2022.
What You’ll Do:
Assess the bot analytics. See who asked for assistance that the bot could not answer and implement a solution or article
Learn existing processes and recomend improvements or implement those as technical articles to assist users
Write technical articles that would help solve end user issues that were asked through the bot
Advise on solutions that could improve the bot success rate
Reach out to end users and find out why they were unable to solve their request through the bot
Work with all service desk teams and other teams to get their department FAQs added to the bot database.
Help promote and train on the bot usage
Become the point of contact for all bot related modifications, meetings and communications.
Who You Are:
Service desk or systems admin experience
Good technical article writing skills
Good communication and p roject management skills
Ability to assess the ticket analytics and advise on process improvement and solutions
The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our summer internship program will be located in our El Segundo headquarters, and will run for 10 weeks from June 13 th -August 19 th . Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment .
