Job Description
Calling all rising junior and senior undergraduate students! We are currently seeking a superstar Strategy & Operations Intern to join the Fabletics team for Summer 2022.
What You'll Do:
The goal of Strategy & Op erations is to help the Fabletics team make better decisions and work better together in order to improve the brand and customer experience. As a Strategy & Ops Intern, you will work cross-functionally on short and long-term projects and initiatives focused on growth and efficiency.
The right candidate will be technically savvy, adaptable, and motivated to streamline workflow and optimize the efficiency of the rest of the team.
In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure and a deeper understanding of various strategic projects that the Fabletics Strategy and Operations team works on to support the larger organization. You will have the opportunity to work closely with key company stakeholders, and meet top executives in the company.
Along with ad-hoc short assignments, y ou will be assigned a main Capstone Project which will be based on the organization’s priorities at the time of hire, and will have set milestones and deliverables throughout the summer, which will conclude with a final presentation to the team. All assignments add immediate value both to our company and to your development as a professional.
Who You Are:
Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university – Preferably studying Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics , Data Analytics or related field (rising Seniors preferred).
You are legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).
Maintains high-level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You have the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
You have advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
You like working in a team environment and love problem sovlving , passion for fashion is a plus!
The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our summer internship program will be located in our El Segundo headquarters, and will run for 10 weeks from June 13th-August 19th. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.
