Co-ops will need to be local to the area as we are anticipating our office locations for summer and fall 2022 to be an in person/remote hybrid work environment. PVH requires that all associates and visitors, including business partners, job applicants, consultants and contractors be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter our offices in NY and NJ.
Summer / fall 2022 co-op details:
- The co-op is a 5-6 month paid co-op with full-time hours
- 2022 planned program dates are June 6th (some schools July 5th) to December 9th for all co-ops; co-ops need to fulfill entire time commitment
Here are important dates and expectations to keep in mind (estimated timeframe, subject to change):
- Rolling application deadline for each co-op positions, starting in February. Apply early for greater consideration in the process.
- Initial screening: conducted by our recruiting team members via phone or video screen.
- Final interviews: conducted by our hiring teams via phone or video interview starting mid to late March.
- Offers: extended late March into April, if necessary.
Business Analyst & Process Co-Ops (Summer - Fall 2022)
- Business Analyst & Process Co-op opportunities available on the following teams: Article Master Data Creation, Digital & Product Creation, eCommerce, Infrastructure, Order Management Systems, Transformation Enablement
- Our University Recruiting team will collaborate with the hiring teams to select and place students on a specific team based on skillsets and interest
Depending on team, your primary responsibilities may include:
- Article Master Data Creation: Partner with IT & Product Data Standardization Team to ensure consistent approach and standards applied to Article Creation and product data management processes, supporting implementation of SAP S/4.
- Digital & Product Creation: Help identify and support business strategies and process improvement by focusing on business process analysis for product design and development, merchandising and sales.
- eCommerce: Learn to independently create business and system requirements documents, detailing both functional and technical flows for Digital Commerce products, including elements of the Commerce Experience, Product & Merchandising, Checkout & Account Management, and Insights & Analytics.
- Infrastructure: Support the Americas Network Team in the 2022/2023 Retail Network Refresh Project, working closely with our Procurement Team on technical writing of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and analysis of responses.
- Order Management Systems: Define, analyze, and evaluate Omni-channel business functions and processes leveraging Enterprise Order Management System and collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Project Manager, Business Partners, and Vendor Consultants
- Transformation Enablement: Provide guidance in the usage of a standard Transformation Enablement framework, change management methodologies and process supporting the internal and cross-functional TPG teams.
Education
- Rising junior or senior undergrad student preferred with a declared major in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Communications or related degree.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA in core major classes preferred
Experience / Skills (technical skills vary by team):
- Previous relevant internship / work experience or demonstrated interest in the industry
- Demonstrated academic leadership or extra-curricular activity preferred
- Experience with Office 365 including PowerPoint, Excel, Word required; collaboration tools like Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint desired
- Strong communication, presentation and technical writing skills; ability to interact and communicate with all levels in both business and technical areas
- Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas
- High level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
- Digital skills: Digitally savvy and curious; knowledge of product creation and go-to-market process preferred; experience with creative technologies, PLM and Visio a plus.
- Infrastructure skills: Experience in or understanding of information technology; specifically network infrastructure is a plus
- Article Master Data and Order Management Systems skills: Basic understanding of technology and business process concepts, product mindset; understanding of Retail business and challenges across selling channels, global inventory and Unified Commerce a plus
- Transformation Enablement skills: Experience in producing process flows, working with MS Project and/or coursework in project management are desired; digital transformation processes and technology innovation a plus
