Learn all that and more during this semester-long internship at Road Scholar!

What is the Internship?

During this semester-long internship, as the Email Marketing Analytics Intern, you’ll learn about email campaign circulation management and how to analyze and segment campaigns for targeting to maximize enrollments and surplus. And you’ll get real-world experience in a fast-paced remote working environment to help you decide if a career path in marketing is right for you!

What will you do?

  • Identify target audience for email campaigns
  • Deploy marketing emails
  • Report on campaign performance
  • Create, maintain and update marketing metadata and reports
  • Provide support on special projects, as needed

What is needed?

  • Needs to be a Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university
  • Majoring in a quantitative field (e.g. marketing, business, economics, statistics, mathematics)
  • MS Office applications and skilled in Excel
  • Analytical, strategic, innovative and flexible team player
  • Productive, organized and able to handle diverse workload in an efficient manner

What will you learn?

  • Acquire experience with an email service provider
  • Gain experience with a campaign audience selection tool
  • Gain experience with a business intelligence tool
  • Learn how to leverage marketing data to select an audience and create segments
  • Learn how to conduct and analyze tests

Internship Details

This internship runs for 16 weeks during the summer, between May 2022 and August 2022, subject to the student’s school schedule. The internship is remote, 20 hours/week with a flexible schedule. Stipend is paid at 50% halfway through the internship and the other 50% after successful completion of the internship. College credit where applicable.
