Business Development Analyst Summer Intern
Sol Systems is seeking a Business Development Analyst Intern for our Enterprise team. The intern will provide support on building proposals and identifying customers to deploy our infrastructure + impact solutions. This will increase customer and market research, supporting solar project proposals, and research around impact focused measures as part of solar project and /or community investing.
The intern can expect to learn and be exposed to infrastructure and impact discussions and proposals with some of the largest customers in the world. They will learn more about the business development process, how solar project development and financing works, and projects to create a greater level of community impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating proposals for some of the largest customers in the world to help them satisfy sustainability goals
- Identifying customers and evaluating potential customers to deploy infrastructure & impact solutions
- Researching, analyzing, and reporting on potential community and sustainability impact partners and projects
- Supporting modeling of potential opportunities
A successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A current undergraduate junior or senior student with interest in energy and sustainability
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Self-starter, able to complete projects with minimal supervision
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience involving business development support and/or community impact related projects
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized individual
- Creative problem solver
Location & Hours: This is a remote internship with a required 30-40 hours per week.
Commitment & Compensation: This is a paid internship. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
