Calling all rising junior and senior undergraduate students! We are currently seeking a superstar Marketing and Social Media Intern to join the JustFab Marketing team for Summer 2022.

What You’ll Do

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in Social Media, Marketing, or Content Creation. This intern will gain hands-on experience making a fashion brand come to life to consumers through marketing campaigns and social media content published to our audience of 10.7m+. The position will collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, Acquisition, and CRM teams.

• Interact with key internal partners to create social content, report on current social trends, and interact with the JustFab audience, while helping to attract and engage new ones
• Assist in strategizing and brainstorming best-in-class and unique content for JustFab’s social accounts
• Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends and help conceptualize, pitch, and create multiple pieces of content each week
• Work with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts
• Learn to bring to life JustFab’s brand voice and positioning, acting as a consumer ambassador for the brand

Who You Are:

• Passionate and knowledgeable about fashion and social media
• Strong content creator with experience making TikTok and Reel’s video
• Ability to film and edit video content from home (with provided equipment)
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized with an ability to prioritize time–sensitive assignments.
• Creative, driven, innovative

The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our summer internship program will be located in our El Segundo headquarters, and will run for 10 weeks from June 13th-August 19th. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.
