Calling all rising junior and senior undergraduate students! We are currently seeking a superstar CRM Intern to join the ShoeDazzle/JustFab team for Summer 2022.

As a CRM intern, you will support the ShoeDazzle/JustFab’s CRM team. The CRM intern will support cross-channel marketing, customer analysis, and reporting.

The main priority for the CRM intern is to help the team in the transition from our current CRM platform to a new platform by building new e-mail and SMS templates and transitioning current templates to the new platform. In addition, the CRM intern will help with the revamp of CRM reporting for both ShoeDazzle and JustFab. The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and have a desire to have strong analytical and organizational skills. The Internship work requires learning how to use our new CRM platform in addition to working with Microsoft Excel and in-house data analytics tools to create or refresh reports for the CRM team. The intern will work closely with a number of cross-functional teams, frequently coordinating work with multiple managers and team members

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the team with creating new templated e-mail and SMS messages in our new CRM platform as well as transitioning the current ones.
• Build campaigns, slice images, code HTML, test links, schedule, and deploy email and SMS messages.
• Proofing and QA of new email and SMS campaigns to ensure flawless execution
• Develop business intelligence solutions, including reports and dashboards that visualize complex data sets for reporting.
• Partner with CRM teams to define and analyze KPI’s to optimize communication effectiveness via SMS, email, and browser notification channels
• Special projects as assigned including working with IT and ESP for development projects, as well as cross-functional teams.

Who You Are:

• Working towards a BA/BS degree in CS, MIS, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in working with third-party email/CRM, Email Service Provider (ESP), and/or app marketing platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically email/SMS marketing best practices
• HTML and/or CSS coding experience preferred.
• Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v- lookup, IF function, charts, advanced formatting, etc.)
• Intermediate skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook or other e-mail systems.
• Flexible and proactive in taking on assignments and responsibilities, and willing to learn.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a creative mindset.

The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our summer internship program will be located in our El Segundo headquarters, and will run for 10 weeks from June 13th-August 19th. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.
