THE COMPANY
Continental Tire has been around for 150 years, we’ve been changing the way the world moves while making it more safe, smart, sustainable, and accessible to all. Our Fort Mill, SC location is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented sales intern to join our sales team! The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable and is in school for the next 12 months.

The position is expected to start June 1, 2022.
THE POSITION
During this 8 - 10 week internship program, our Sales Interns will get a firsthand look at the life of a field sales employee.
The intern will also receive mentoring/training in the following:
- Industry leading training on our products and the different ways we go to market
- Ride-along with sales employees during customer visits
- Participate and network during our mid-year sales conference in July
- Use their growing product knowledge to work on sales strategy projects
Portions of the program may be remote while other trainings will require expense paid travel to our Fort Mill, SC Tire HQs and other locations in the US.

Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program
- Able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours
- Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8
- Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- College junior or senior pursuing a degree in sales or related field.
- Must be able to travel
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be 21 years old (for car rentals)
