We’re so excited to welcome interns back into the office this summer. The Analytics Internship will run for 10 weeks (June 6-August 12) and, assuming nothing changes, be hybrid. The program is 40 hours/ week and paid. Presently, we are not open to fully remote interns. All Interns will be responsible for finding their own housing.Location: NYC

JOB SUMMARY
The Decision Sciences team, a part of the Decision Sciences, Analytics and Martech (DA&M) team at Havas Media, provides leading-edge expertise in advanced analytics. The team is responsible for creating advanced modeling and statistical analyses to derive consumer and marketing insights and recommendations that are key to optimizing current and future cross-channel media campaigns.
Interns bring qualities such as intellectual curiosity, problem solving skills, determination, and creativity to our client work. Interns are exposed to a range of clients, projects and responsibilities. You will be working with a team of talented individuals in DA&M, Media, Strategy, Investment and Creative teams to help drive business results for our clients.
Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Develop MTA (multitouch attribution), Marketing Mix Models and other predictive models to solve clients’ challenges.
- Design and conduct statistical analyses, interpret results and synthesize recommendations using data visualization tools.
- Deliver reports to gauge effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns on the channel, placement, and creative levels.
- Work with tech partners and data partners on data aggregation and QA.
Need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with a quantitative major including Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Physics. Juniors or Seniors are also welcomed to apply as well.
- Strong record of academic and/or professional achievement.
- Strong quantitative and research skills, proven ability to demonstrate data collecting, analyzing and interpretation capabilities.
- Experience in at least one programming language: Python, SQL, R.
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience in statistical modeling including linear regression, logistic regression, experimental design, probability, cluster analysis.
Nice to have:
- 0-2 years of online media and campaign measurement experience or business experience working in an account services industry such as Management Consulting, Marketing, Advertising, Interactive Consulting, or Finance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Preferred exposure to SQL and database management
