The ABC/Freeform Content Research & Insights department oversees content, brand, social media and strategy research projects for ABC, Disney Television Studios and Freeform. They conduct qualitative and quantitative research with entertainment consumers and impact departments across the division, including Development, Programming, Marketing, and Strategy teams.

Responsibilities :

- Collecting and analyzing social media data related to key ABC shows, brands and talent through the use of social media listening and analytics tools
- Producing data-driven reports that will inform important programming and marketing decisions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ABC television series
- Previous experience working at a network or studio
- Previous internship experience in a related research and/or social analytics field
- Experience using social listening or other text analytics tools
- Experience creating data visualizations in Tableau
Required Education :
- Junior, Senior or Recent Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Entertainment, Business, Sociology, Psychology or other related field
Additional Information :
Internship Eligibility:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization
- Must provide full work availability for 40 hours per week
- Approximate dates of this internship are June 2022 through January 2023
