Anthem, Inc. is looking to hire a Revenue Accounting Intern to join our Accounting and Finance team. This position supports month-end close functions, projects, and initiatives.

How you will make an impact:

• Researching accounting data, audit support, and information analysis
• Balancing data within various billing systems
• Creating data deliverables based on data to key stakeholders
• Assist with ad-hoc Accounting projects

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A Junior (1st semester) or rising Junior candidate is preferred.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week for the duration of the internship.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Familiarity with accounting concepts as well as the preparation of low complexity journal entries and reconciliations
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Excel and Access and other Microsoft programs
