Summer Intern - Digital Adoption Platform

Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented Digital Adoption Platform Intern to join us in June for our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

Essential responsibilities of your role:
- Work with the Change CoE to help design and execute its communication plan mainly through the social networking platform and self-guided platform training tools using a multimedia approach (no previous experience on software programs necessary, but preferred)
- Assist in the rollout of our digital adoption platform as a change management team member
- Create and facilitate learning experiences through technical documentation, job aids, web-based training, and instructor-led classes
- Create framework for social network collateral, internal associate engagement component, etc.
- Other tasks related to or directly sustaining the Change CoE
Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have:
Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program. Juniors or seniors are preferred.- Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong written and oral business communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in business apps such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proficient new apps/programs for image and video editing
- Ability to configure applications, or willingness to learn,
- Highly organized and results-oriented
- Interest in the discipline of Change Management
- Possible opportunity to begin a long-term career with stable and growing organization
- Remote/In-Office hybrid option
