Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented Video Production Assistant Intern to join us in June for our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

Essential responsibilities of your role:

• 
  Help production crew prepare the set with lights, video and audio equipment.
• Assist AIM producers during pre-production phase and final shoot prep.
• Manage video files during shoots. Prep and organize video content for editing.
• Some video editing in Premiere and DaVinci software.
• Maintain media library and upload approved video files to globally shared digital asset site.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling executive recordings, responding to recording requests, updating production calendar, making travel arrangements, and organizing expense reports.

Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have:

• 
  Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program. Juniors or seniors are preferred.
• Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience with areas of production such as light setup, basic audio and microphone knowledge, understanding of how to operate a video camera, and understanding of software such as Adobe Premiere or DaVinci.
• Must be able to work well on on a team, solve social media-related problems, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
