Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented Accounting Intern to join us in June for our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

• Monitor any discrepancies in payments, monitor for charges made on credit cards
• Support in facilitating information flow between sales, credit and finance departments
• Help to identify and classify customer billing disputes
• Assist to create and maintain a record of customer service cases ensuring case closure and customer satisfaction
• Speak to clients about payments, refunds and statements on time
• Assist with the inhouse marketing fund account, use of coop funds and rebate payments

Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have:

• 
  Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program. Juniors or seniors are preferred.
• Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong ability to work as part of a team
• Proficiency in (English & Spanish) Languages
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 apps
• Organization and time management skills
