KEEN is offering college students a completely virtual opportunity to experience and be embedded into the brand by offering a 10-week paid summer (June - August) internship.

We’re eagerly looking for students who seek innovative solutions, have a strong passion for creating their own opportunities, enjoy playing outside, and spend time caring for the world around them.

Our KEENtern program provides students relevant and valuable hands-on work experience. This program includes:

• The ability to work on meaningful projects

• Pay of $18.00/hour

Program Requirements

• Be a Junior, Senior, or Grad student
• Must be able to dedicate 40 hours/week toward the internship during normal M-F PST working hours
• Eligible to work in the US

General Summary

The Sales Operations KEENtern will have daily interaction with our Sales team, Merchandising and Product teams, as well as retail partners. They will help the team prepare and launch the SS23 product assortment as they gain hands on experience what it takes to go to market with our seasonal offerings.

Essential Responsibilities

• Participate in Sales meeting prep and planning
• Build visual product plans and account plans for an upcoming season
• Assist with sample management and distribution
• Develop seasonal sell in tools

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing education in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Must be enrolled an accredited college or university at the Junior, Senior, or Graduate level
• Must be able to dedicate 40 hours/week toward the internship during normal M-F PST working hours
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Ability to solve problems with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and on tight deadlines
• Able to sit and/or stand at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
