- Recruitment messaging administration and coordination guided by the Sr. Field Recruiter
- Social media field recruiting coordination
- ATS testing for launch
- Job posting tracking and reporting
- Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited institution
- Must be pursuing degree in HR, Psychology, Marketing or Businss Administration
- Ideal candidate would possess a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be able to commit 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong organization skills & attention to detail w/ high level accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- High-level initiative, follow-through & accountability for actions.
- Enhance field recruitment messaging for greater awareness of our opportunities
- Grow talent pipelines for distribution growth.
- Launch our new ATS seamlessly with field input and testing for accuracy and clean data.
- Build consistent reporting and streamline workflows to improve our experience, both for candidates as well as field leadership.
- Metric reporting.
- ATS Testing methodology.
- Coordinating recruitment messaging campaigns and social deployment.
“Salary for this position can range from $22,948 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $34,421 for more highly qualified candidates.
