Location: Can work 100% remote or hybrid work arrangement from Westfield Center, OH office.
Pay: $18.00/hr.
Schedule: 40 hours/week; start as soon as possible.
TALENT ACQUISITION INTERN
This job description provides a general overview of the work; it isn’t an exhaustive list of duties and expectations.
As an intern, you will support our internal Talent Acquisition team which consists of 3 recruiters, an interview scheduler, practices manager, and leader. You will also participate in our corporate summer intern program providing you with valuable business acumen knowledge and networking opportunities.
How You Will Make an Impact
1. Responsible for day to day administrative and support duties, i.e.: scheduling interviews, scheduling meetings, processing invoices for payment, etc.
2. Assists recruiters with work assigned to them. This often includes, but is not limited to, project work and coverage of day-to-day activities within the recruiting process.
3. Basic tasks in applicant tracking system, Taleo; creating requisitions, changing candidate step/status, and evaluation follow up.
4. Provide candidate sourcing support.
5. Posting positions to job boards.
6. Candidate experience top of mind, staying in contact with candidates to keep them warm.
7. Actively participates in summer internship program events.
8. Conducts research and/or other work for projects assigned.
9. Develops business acumen through interactions and shadowing with other professionals.
10. Attends team meetings as assigned.
- Junior or Senior with a Business/Human Resources major would be preferred.
- Previous experience working in recruiting or HR is beneficial.
