Deloitte Technology Service Areas:

Cybersecurity

• Enhance data protection, standardizing and securing critical infrastructure, and increasing global cyber visibility. Advance the maturity of global shared services, leading global teams responsible for real-time incident response, and drive the global cyber risk program across Deloitte Global and member firm platforms and assets.
  • Architecture & Engineering- Design’s security into new products, applications, and services throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating with stakeholders around the world
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance - Aligns cybersecurity risk management with other aspects of enterprise risk management by helping Deloitte make consistent and precise decisions
  • Shared Security Services (Attack Surface Assessment, Infrastructure)- Reduces the global network attack surface through data security, enterprise risk assessment, product management, and security infrastructure

Portfolio & Solutions

• Lead the overall technology-enabled solution (software, hardware, middleware) delivery through the Worldwide Development Hub and delivery of transformational and large projects. With oversight of the PMO Center of Excellence and a view of technology demand worldwide, and the customer engagement model to drive consistency in customer-focused teams.

Infrastructure

• Responsible for managing the maintenance of all the hardware, software, network technologies and solutions and leading infrastructure governance, define the strategy for a consistent global approach for technology solutions including shared infrastructure services, global platforms and applications, IT service management, identity and access management, unified communications, and the Global Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Member Firm Advisory Services

• Focus on supporting global organizations across geographies (member firms) and their teams in managing governance and IT demand integration. Build and maintain member firm trusted relationships and ensure the voice of the practitioners/customers from across member firms is heard. Responsible for standing up a global change management and adoption capability.

Cloud Services

• Lead the cloud-migration roadmap including standing up appropriate partnerships, governance, and implementation for each geography and lead training of cloud professionals across the global organization, and efforts to further operationalize the Technology Operating Model (TOM) and sponsor integration and automation of the Deloitte network.

Information Technology Risk Management

• Delivering world-class, proactive IT risk management capabilities that protect the brand and enable Deloitte businesses to serve their customers. Responsible for and oversee IT risk management activities for Deloitte Technology in an effective, efficient, and agile manner that enables the enterprise technology strategy.

Support

• Drive Deloitte’s overall objectives of enhancing practitioner productivity globally through world-class technology support. Focus on enabling consistent global technology service, enhanced self-service solutions, automation, and cost-effective technology hardware for Deloitte.

Strategy & Operations

• Responsible for all Deloitte Technology operations and areas of IT business management including quality and service excellence, executive reporting, enterprise PMO, vendor management office, and software asset management, driving overall IT experience capabilities which include digital collaboration for the IT organizational transformation and partnering with the People team to bolster engagement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I)

Who you’ll work with:

During your ten-week internship, you will be aligned with a technology service area where you will work directly with our internal customers and stakeholders, providing services designed to drive towards business and technology solutions.
