Global Treasury Intern
The ManpowerGroup Internship provides an educational paid experience for current college students seeking to jumpstart their career in the largest public company in Wisconsin.
This role will work collaboratively within the Global Treasury department at ManpowerGroup. The internship will include professional development, classroom, and online learning, and leadership development coupled with hands-on training in the desired field of study. We are looking for individuals that can work 10 hours per week during the school year & full time during the summer. Also, the individual can be remote or in-person and can provide their own housing in the Milwaukee area.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the completion of banking documentation (as needed)
- Account opening and closing
- Change in services or signers
- Annual KYC compliance
- Assist the annual bank account inventory and preparation of the FBAR (annually)
- Assist with the implementation of the Bank Account Management module in TIS
- Post Bloomberg equity analyst reports on Yammer (as needed)
- Update investor quick reference (2-3 times per month), economic indicators (quarterly) and market value spreadsheets (quarterly)
- Prepare TIC reports and submit to Federal Reserve (monthly)
- Prepare user access reviews spreadsheet (quarterly)
- Prepare trade receivable reporting (quarterly)
- Compiling transaction populations for SOX testing (as needed)
- Update and distribute share repurchase report (as needed)
- Analyze monthly bank fees
- Assist with preparation of cash flow forecasts
- Assist with evaluating monthly Global Treasury KPIs

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
