How This Role Contributes to Brighthouse Financial:
As a member of the Life & Annuity Product and Market Intelligence team, this position will support the Client Solutions Organization.. This individual will take part in analyzing Brighthouse and their competitor's life and annuity products. In doing so, this role will be given the opportunity to collaborate with partners across the company in support of product and intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of our current product suite and the competitive positioning of these products
• Collaborate with key partners related to the implementation and execution of upcoming initiatives
• Assist in the brainstorming and researching of new product concepts and enhancements to our existing product suite.
• Summarize research reports and industry sales/trends.
• Establish working relationships across various internal departments

Desired Profile and Technical Skills:

• Sophomores and Juniors studying Business Management, accounting, or finance. Seniors planning to attend grad school are also eligible.
• A consistent track record of outstanding academic performance.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT and general technical skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be comfortable working on a dynamic team with shifting responsibilities
• Sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and organizational skills.
